Do-In is an ancient Taoist practice connected to Traditional Chinese medicine. It is a combination of stretches, self-massage and breathing techniques which promote the flow our energy and improve our immune system.
Do-In exercises work on the energy pathways (meridians) to relax muscles, improve flexibility and circulation in our body.
In the class, you are highly encouraged to tune into your body’s responses and to therefore follow your own rhythms.
All levels and genders welcome.
