Katelène Flow is a unique, non-stop, dansante workout set to classical music. A rhythmic and fluid flow that keeps you moving, present, and energized from start to finish.

This class brings together ballet-inspired movement, the grounded strength of power yoga, and the lengthening release of deep stretch — creating a balanced and empowering full-body workout.

Each session is intentionally choreographed to activate your muscles, increase mobility and flexibility, and connect you deeply to your breath and body. With conscious movement and personal attention, Katelène Flow invites you to slow down, tune in, and enjoy the power of moving together.

Open to everyone — whether you are an experienced dancer or yogi, or completely new to movement.

About them

Katelène Flow is created by Katelijn and Arlène, brought together by a shared love for ballet, inner strength, beautiful music, and meaningful connection.

Katelijn is a professionally trained dancer, teacher and Dance Coach with over 20 years of experience, working with both groups and individuals. Her approach is rooted in body-oriented and holistic movement practices.

Arlène is a Medical Personal Fitness Trainer with a passion for Pilates and Yoga. She creates customised training and nutrition programs to support physical and mental wellbeing.
