What is MoveDanceFlow?

MoveDanceFlow is a mindful movement class that blends dance, movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.
You’ll step out of your head and into your body — releasing tension, boosting your energy, and enhancing your overall sense of well-being, all set to beautiful, inspiring music.

What to Expect

From the moment the music starts, you’ll be guided through a flowing journey:

  • We begin gently and grounding,
  • Build up to dynamic and expressive movements,
  • And close with stillness and deep relaxation.

Throughout the class, I’ll guide you — combining free movement explorations (to help you connect with your body and move in your own way) with simple choreographed sequences that add structure without limiting your expression.

Each session is unique, with a new focus and intention every time — offering you a fresh experience in every class. The essence of MoveDanceFlow is joy, release, and relaxation.
