• Flow Fusion Physical Practice: Tune into your body with dynamic movements, tackle your energy source in a lively practice, and align yourself with your mind and body (20 min).
• Chanting and Oming: Engage in a playful exploration of tones, clearing obstacles, and letting each of your cells vibrate.
• Soma Breath Practice: Next in line is the Soma Breath Practice, which includes the Savitri Pranayama technique encompassing rhythmic breathing.
